As mentioned last month I am rereading books, with an older, wiser head and with greater awareness. This month I have again revisited a book, which didn’t resonate the first time I read it. Since then, I have had several people mentioned the book and the powerful impact it had on them, so I picked it back up. The second time around, I think it’s brilliant!

Dr Steve Peters rose to prominence through his work with the British Cycling Team, helping its members overcome negative behaviour and achieve dazzling success.
